UP combined medical entrance test (UPCMET-2012)


The test is being conducted as per the guidelines of High Court for admission in Non-minority unaided medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh

Entrance test: Uttar Pradesh Combined Medical Entrance Test (UPCMET-2012)

Eligible candidates are invited to appear in Uttar Pradesh Combined Medical Entrance Test (UPCMET-2012) leading admission to MBBS courses in the following institutes:

• Hind Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS)
• Muzaffarnagar Medical College (MMC)
• Netaji subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Mediacl College (SMC)
• Rama Medical College Hospital & research Center (RMCHRC)
• Rohilkhand Medical College (RMC)
• Saraswati Institute of Medical sciences (SIMS)
• School of Medical Sciences & Research
• Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical sciences (SRMSIMS)
• Major S. D. Singh Medical College & Hospital
• Career Medical College and Hospital
• Rama Medical College Hospital & research Center (RMCHRC) 

Eligibility:

• Passed 10+2 level examination of UP Board / ISC / CBSE or its equivalent from any recognised Board / University with English as a subject; securing minimum 50% (40% in case of SC / ST / OBC) marks on average in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (including practical examination) taken together.
• Candidates appearing in 10+2 examination of 2012 are also eligible to appear in entrance test but at the time of counseling they have to produce the passing mark sheet of 10+2 examination, failing which no allotment of seats will be made.

Age limit: Completed 17 years as on 31st December, 2012
