THE Union Public Service Commission will hold the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2012 on May 20, 2012 for recruitment in the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service,Indian Police Service and certain other Group 'A' and Group 'B' Central Services/ Posts. The examination will be held at centres across the country.

Not less than 21 years and not than 30 years as on August 1, 2012.
The upper age limit is relaxable for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes and Certain Other Categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.

OR published in the Employment News.

Fee: Rs. 100 only through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only. Female/ SC/ ST/ PH Candidates are exempted from payment of fees (OBC candidates are required to pay full fees).
