Positions:
Senior Residents [Radiotherapy (Clinical oncology)]
No. of posts: 11 (Gen-03, OBC-04, SC-03, ST-01)
Pay scale: 15,600-39,100/-+ ' 6600 Grade Pay (PB-3) + allowances as per AIIMS
Eligibility: MBBS or equivalent qualification recognised by MCI ii).Post Graduate qualifications like MD/ DipNB in Radiotherapy/Radiation Oncology/Clinical Oncology recognised by the Medical Council of India
Experience:
Desirable: Additional training or qualification in the specialized clinical or research procedures pertaining to Radiotherapy/Clinical Oncology. ii). Research publications in the concerned speciality.
Age: 33 years
NOTE: Candidates possessing three years experience as Junior Resident for MD/DipNB course in the speciality and awaiting clearance of exam may also be considered, if candidates possessing MD/DipNB are not available

Technologist (RT)
No. of posts: 13 (Gen-03, OBC-06, SC-03, ST-01)
Pay scale: 9,300-34,800 + ' 4,200 Grade Pay (PB-2) + allowances as per AIIMS (Gross salary at starting is expected to be ' 28,000/- appox)
Eligibility: Hr. Secondary, Intermediate with Science or Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science and ii). B.Sc. (Radiotherapy Technology) or equivalent from a recognised institution/ university. OR ii). Two Years Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology or equivalent OR ii) A minimum of 5 years experience in the operation and use of telegamma, Linear Accelerator including (both photons and electrons), Simulator-CT, Mould Room, Brachytherapy sources, Radiation Dosimetry System, TPS etc. in a clinical set up and holding approval of AERB for working as RT Technologist in the previous institution.
Desirable: A certificate from AERB for safe handling of teletherapy equipments, brachytherapy equipments and sources.
Experience: For Diploma holders: Minimum 1 year experience after essential qualifications in operation of Linear Accelerator (both photons and electrons), Simulator, CT, Mould Room, Brachytherapy, Radiation Dosimetry System, TPS etc. in a clinical set up. OR 5-years experience in operation of the mentioned radiotherapy equipment for those without formal degree or diploma qualification in RT technology (if approved by AERB).
